Just like all ADVC events, there will be a vetted and paved GPX backbone route provided.
Optional off-pavement checkpoints are spread all over the rally course in Spain, Andorra, France, the Netherlands, and Denmark. It is up to each rider to decide if they have the skill, equipment, and pace to achieve these optional off-road checkpoints.
Checkpoints are published 30 days before the start of the rally.
The rally entry fee encompasses the rally scoring app, GPX and checkpoint files, hotel discount codes, awards, the awards banquet, and afterparty. For this particular rally, your entry fee also entitles you to an invitation to the official after-party, which includes a complimentary campsite, subject to certain limitations.

Route Highlights
- Leaving the beaches of Tarifa, there are both drastic paved and off-pavement elevation changes to tear up in the Sierra Bermeja mountain range in Malaga, Spain. The range peaks at 1,450 meters and the roads are narrow, technical, and largely traffic-free.
- Choose to chase checkpoints on the Old Smugglers' Road, also known as the Ruta de los Contrabandistas, a historic off-road trail that crosses the Spanish-Andorran border at Port de Cabus at 2,302 meters, or take the paved twisties directly into Andorra la Vella.
- Departing Andorra, the route rips through the French Pyrénées before heading north through Luxembourg, Belgium, and the Netherlands, where additional points can be earned at optional extreme checkpoints.
- Riders from outside of Europe will experience the German Autobahn, one of the only public road networks in the world where there is no speed limit on unrestricted sections. Watch your fuel; high speeds will drain your tank faster than you expect.
- Competitors chasing the Rough Rider awards will hunt down checkpoints on the beaches of Denmark before arriving at Grenen, Skagen, the northernmost point of Denmark and of the European continent, where the Skagerrak and Kattegat seas collide.
Pre-Ride
In May 2026, rally officials completed the Pre-Ride and confirmed the route. We made some improvements in addition to simply enjoying the amazing roads and trails. The images on this page are from the ride.

- Secure parking garage is the "upper" or "most easterly" ramp into the parking garage. Do not try to park in the lower or public parking area. You must back your bike towards the gate so the camera system will allow you to take a parking ticket and open the gate.
- The hotel bar and restaurant are impressive, but are not the best. It is a short walk into town for many options.

- Awards banquet starts at 6:00 PM local time. Read the Regulation to avoid issues.
- Free accommodations for one night. Limitations Apply. First-come, first-served for beds. Camping spots are also available, free of charge.
- Dinner is included. Drinks and alcohol are not included but available for purchase. This accommodation and location is run like an American MC Clubhouse. We love it. But it is not "Full Service," so please be understanding and polite. We are guests, not customers.
